We have experience implementing low-tech augmentative communication systems using readily available technologies as well as special programs such as PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System). We first complete a thorough assessment of our clients skills and environmental needs to determine what approach would be most effective. We are also able to refer clients to authorized augmentative communication centers for high-tech communication devices when this is needed.
