Our Caseload
We manage a caseload of approximately 700 children across the Cochrane district, with long-term commitments to District School Board One, Northeastern Catholic District School Board, and several First Nations Communities spanning over 25 years.​​​

Our Clinical Software

Our team uses our continually evolving in-house clinical management software that:
a. Automates submission of consent forms.
b. Automates tedious parts of assessment scoring and report writing.
c. Streamlines treatment plan creation.
d. Guides clinicians to access and use targeted therapy materials.
e. Allows efficient note collection and seamless, secure access by therapists and supervisors.
f. Automates delivery of home practice activities.
g. Automates progress report writing.
h. Provides frequent and on-demand status updates for each child to school staff. ​
Screening 460 children per year in 10 days

Using our clinical software, we efficiently screen the expressive and receptive language skills of about 460 children entering school in the fall and provide:
a. Screening results letter to all the parents.
b. Parent access to home activities for targeted skills.
c. Summary reports for schools and administrators to identify needs early.​
